About

Everything in its place, before the doors open.

Mise is an operating system for agencies that run curated events: the kind where every detail is noticed and nothing is allowed to go wrong.

The problem

Great agencies run on heroics.

We spent time with agencies that plan galas, state dinners, weddings and brand launches. The work was beautiful. The tools behind it were not: a spreadsheet per event, a chat group per vendor, budgets in someone's laptop, and a producer holding it all in their head.

The idea

Give every event its own place.

Chefs call it mise en place: everything in its place before service begins. We wanted the same for events. One map that shows every part of the event, with the notes, people, vendors, money and timings living inside each part.

How we build

Designed on real events.

Mise is designed alongside Flawless Events, a curated events agency working across Ethiopia and the United States. Every feature is tried on real events, with real clients and real vendors, before it reaches anyone else.

What we believe

Four principles we build by.

01

Flexible before clever

No two events are the same. Every part of an event is a page you can shape, connect and reuse, instead of a form that decides for you.

02

The client should feel cared for

Clients see progress and decisions in a calm, beautiful space. Never a spreadsheet, never the messy middle, never your margins.

03

The event day is the real test

Everything we build is judged by whether it helps on the night, on a phone, in a basement ballroom with no signal.

04

Help, not noise

Automations and AI should quietly take work off your plate. They follow your rules, and they never guess about money.

“The guests should only ever see the evening. Never the week that made it.”

The idea behind Mise

Let's put your next event in its place.

Tell us about the events you run. We'll show you how they'd look in one calm workspace.
