Terms of service

An agency creates a workspace and invites its team. The agency is responsible for who it invites, the roles it gives them, and the private links it shares with clients and partners.

Everything an agency puts into Mise belongs to the agency. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You're responsible for having the right to add the personal information of your clients, guests and partners.

• Don't use the service to send spam or unlawful messages.
• Don't try to access another agency's data or get around security or usage limits.
• Don't upload malware or content you don't have the right to share.

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, as shown on the pricing page or your order form. You can cancel at the end of any billing period. Clients and partners using private links are never charged.

Mise AI can make mistakes. Suggestions are drafts for your team to review; always check important details before sharing them with clients or partners.

We work hard to keep Mise available and to fix problems quickly, and event-day mode is designed to keep working offline. The service is provided as is, without guarantees beyond those in a signed order form.

You can stop using Mise at any time. On request we'll provide an export of your workspace, and then delete it.

To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
