Mise vs Notion

Two good tools. Different jobs.

Where Notion shines, where Mise does, and what to use when. Every Notion entry links to the page we checked it against.

Choose Notion if you are

Teams that want a flexible wiki and databases they shape themselves. Great for notes, docs and internal knowledge, with excellent AI, forms and apps on every platform.

“One tool to run your company”
— Notion's own description

Choose Mise if you are

Agencies that outgrew a homemade Notion setup: Mise keeps the free-form pages (on a map of the event) and adds the event-specific parts you'd otherwise build by hand: payments, vendor quotes, a client portal and a live run of show.

Feature by feature

“Partly” means the capability exists in a limited form. We list our own gaps too. Notion entries were checked on 2 October 2026; tools change, so follow the source links for the latest.
