Build the run of show
A minute-by-minute schedule for each day, with cues, owners and vendors.
- Open the event's Run of Show tab. Each day of the event has its own tab, plus set-up and load-out days when needed.
- Add items with a start, end, owner, vendor and the node they belong to.
- Add cues (lights, music, speaker walk-ups) so the command sheet knows what's next.
- Print or share the minute-by-minute command sheet with crew and vendors.
