Templates and duplicating events
Start new events from a template or copy last year's event in one click.
Templates hold a map, tasks, run-of-show structure and equipment lists without client-specific details.
- Templates lists the built-in templates (galas, conferences, launches, offsites, expos, weddings and more) plus your own.
- From an event's menu, Save map as template turns the current map into a template.
- Duplicate event copies the map to new dates, shifting everything. Choose whether to keep vendors, budget, run of show, team, risks and equipment. Guests, payments and client answers are never copied.
