When a plan expires: read-only, never deleted
What happens to your workspace if a trial ends or a payment fails.
Nothing is ever deleted.
When a paid plan lapses
You get 7 days of grace after the paid period ends. After that the workspace turns read-only: everyone can still open every event, contact, file and report and download a backup, but nothing can be changed until the plan is renewed.
When a trial ends
The workspace pauses until an owner picks a plan or contacts us. Plan & billing stays open, and client portals and quote links keep working, so your clients never notice.
Tip: Renew from Plan & billing, or contact us if you need a few more days. We'd rather help than lock you out.
